A SOCIALLY DISTANCED RETREAT
At this time of year, we normally hold our very important and much loved Navwealth Annual Retreat. This usually involves taking the entire team away overnight for important team building activities, and an opportunity to collaboratively develop our business strategy for the year ahead.
Unfortunately, like many plans this year, we had to ‘revamp’ our retreat due to the impact of COVID-19. The retreat is a very valuable activity that we did not want to miss. We have worked hard to ensure our team approach is an integral part of the Navwealth culture and therefore needed to provide another way to involve the whole team in a safe and socially distanced way.
The solution was a one day retreat out of the office where we were able to provide appropriate social distancing for all team members.
It was an extremely productive and rewarding day where we had the chance to discuss business development and importantly, how to maximise the advantages and minimise the challenges of our new working environment due to COVID-19.
We are extremely pleased that we were able to hold this event whilst making the health and safety of our team a priority.
