Hi, I’m Jennifer — Bookkeeping Manager at Navwealth. 

With more than 15 years of experience in bookkeeping across a wide range of industries, I bring a strong, practical understanding of end‑to‑end financial operations and what it takes to support businesses at every stage. Over the years, I’ve led both onshore and offshore teams, overseeing the full spectrum of bookkeeping services while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and client experience. 

At Navwealth, my role is centred on setting my team up for success so we can deliver reliable, high‑quality outcomes for our clients. I do this by creating clear processes, providing thoughtful guidance and fostering open communication across the team. By building a confident and well‑supported bookkeeping team, we’re able to work efficiently and proactively — giving clients accurate, timely information they can trust and support that genuinely makes their lives easier. 

I’m known for my attention to detail, strong communication skills and collaborative approach. I enjoy working closely with both clients and colleagues to ensure financial records are well managed, deadlines are met and everyone feels supported along the way. For me, great bookkeeping isn’t just about numbers — it’s about creating clarity and confidence so clients can focus on what matters most in their business. 

Outside of work, I love staying active and spending as much time outdoors as possible. You’ll often find me working out, running, travelling or enjoying time at the beach or anything that keeps me moving and refreshed.
