Hi there, I’m Hayley – Director of Bookkeeping at Navwealth.

Having provided bookkeeping and related services personally and professionally for over 20 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge that empowers our clients at Navwealth. I head up the bookkeeping unit of the business and manage an amazing team of bookkeepers. Having grown my team, I take pride in consistently meeting and exceeding business expectations.

As a proud member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), I always look for ways to innovate and help make a difference with my continuing professional development, strong attention to detail and unmatched organisational skills. In fact, I took the lead in setting up software and processes to ensure the business today works like clockwork so we can focus on supporting our clients. 

I ensure that both my colleagues and clients benefit from my dedication to financial success because I find real fulfilment in helping achieve goals. To empower clients with informed decisions, I build a great rapport and take the time to understand their unique needs. This way, I can advocate for their financial goals, offer value and highlight the point of difference in the services we provide.

Aside from bookkeeping, I’m also passionate about the ocean, fitness, touch football and, of course, being with my family. I also have the ability to remain calm regardless of the situation, so you can always depend on me for all your bookkeeping needs.
