Team Coordinator
Navwealth is a growing Integrated Financial advice business that operates in Sydney. As we expand our network, we are looking for a Team Coordinator to join the team and help us deliver business projects and facilitate team operations.
You will work closely with the General Manager and be responsible for assisting in office operations and coordination of projects from start to finish, including but not limited to scheduling resources, event organization, software implementation, logistics, contractor management.
Skills and personal attributes:
- You are an organised, driven team player with high attention to detail and an ability to think logically and be decisive.
- You have the capability to prioritise workloads to deliver urgent/time-critical tasks and communicate clearly with project stakeholders keeping them up to date.
- An ability to be resourceful and overcome obstacles is essential.
- You are not afraid of change and have a “won’t be stopped” attitude towards problem-solving at all times.
- You are a consistent performer and someone the team can trust to meet expectations.
- You are proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint, and not afraid of learning new technology
Navwealth is a well established financial services business with a strong work ethic and quality of service. To support this, prior experience working in the financial planning or accounting sector is preferred however you come from a professional services background we would like to hear from you.
This role is initially a 3 days per week commitment, with the option to grow the role in the future. You must be able to work from the Navwealth office during the initial training period as you get to know the role, we can discuss work from home options.
We are excited to welcome a new team member as our business and team continue to grow. If you are the right candidate you will be looking for a long term position as this role is not suitable for those just looking for experience. You must be Sydney based, no offshore applications will be considered.
