Having provided bookkeeping and related services personally and professionally for in excess of 20 years, Hayley established a business, Bookkeeping Resources Pty Ltd, some 5 years ago.

In establishing bookkeeping resources, Hayley aims were twofold:

To embrace technology: advancements in technology and the growth of cloud computing, meant that the more traditional in house financial/bookkeeping role was changing to more of an outsourced out of house style model, and

To achieve a work life balance: There was opportunity with this change to create family and work life balance in providing bookkeeping services.

Work Life Balance was to later becoming a motto for her company in terms of achievable outcomes for her clients.

In those early days of Bookkeeping Resources, as mother of 3 young children with a love for the outdoors and sports, it was important for Hayley to find a future business and career that would fit into an already busy schedule. By her positioning of Bookkeeping Resources, Hayley was able achieve her goals and at the same time create a successful bookkeeping business. As she was later to discover, Hayley was also able to help create opportunities for a work life balance for her clients by giving them back piece of mind and TIME.

Having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hayley’s career choices and ongoing work experiences led her on to do a Post Graduate Diploma majoring in Accounting. Today Hayley is a registered Bookkeeper and BAS agent with experience working as a bookkeeper or finance assistant across many industries, from retail, to building & construction and professional services.

Hayley’s business Bookkeeping Resources has now joined forces with the Navwealth Group to form a new company Navwealth Bookkeeping Resources.

With her experience and qualifications Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge to the Navwealth team and more importantly as head of the newly created bookkeeping company Navwealth Bookkeeping Resources, Hayley also  brings these skills, knowledge and expertise to all clients of Navwealth.

For the existing clients of Bookkeeping Resources, by joining forces, Hayley hopes to further increase her client’s efficiencies and prosper further growth with access to the tools and resources of a team of professionals providing a wide range of professional services in Accounting, Tax, Wealth Creation, Wealth Protection, Small Business, Business Finance, Lending and much more.  These are resources that are only typically available to larger corporate organisations due to financial and capacity constraints.
