Hello, I’m Kate – Head of Operations at Navwealth

With over a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry, I currently serve as the Head of Operations, where my main focus is on supporting our team to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. I ensure that we have the right processes, procedures, and technology solutions in place to streamline our operations and enhance our service delivery. Beyond the compliance aspects, I also prioritise fostering a collaborative environment, where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.

I aim to make a positive impact by ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and advice. By integrating the right technology and promoting teamwork, I strive to create a seamless and efficient financial planning experience for our clients, helping them achieve their long-term objectives with ease. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two energetic young boys, and my weekends are often filled with cheering them on at their sports events. I have a large family, and I cherish our time together, especially over big family dinners. I also love entertaining friends at home – my door is always open, and there’s always room for one more around the table! These moments bring me joy and balance, fuelling me to bring my best to our clients and my team every day.
