Meet Hayley Kalms
Director, Navwealth Bookkeeping Resources

Having provided bookkeeping and related services personally and professionally for over 20 years, Hayley established Bookkeeping Resources Pty Ltd, five years ago.

In establishing Bookkeeping Resources, Hayley’s goals were twofold:

      1. To embrace technology: advancements in technology and the growth of cloud computing meant that the landscape for bookkeeping was moving from a  traditional in-house model to more of an outsourced (out-of-house) model.
      2. To achieve a work life balance: With her own young family, Bookkeeping Resources Pty Ltd. provided an opportunity to create a family and work balance.  This was so rewarding and important that it has become her motto and goal for her clients by giving them back peace of mind and time.

 

Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Post Graduate Diploma majoring in Accounting. Hayley is also a registered Bookkeeper and BAS Agent.  Her experience spans many industries including retail, building & construction, and professional services.

Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge to the Navwealth team and most importantly the skills, knowledge and expertise required to lead the newly created ‘Navwealth Bookkeeping Resources’.
